while doing push-ups only right side chest has been build up the other side remain small how to build the left?
how to build the small left chest, the right chest seems to be big…………….
It sounds like you’re pushing up on your right arm harder then you’re pushing up on your left arm while doing the push ups. If you notice when you flex your right bicep, you also flex your right pectoral or chest muscle, and if you flex your left bicep, you also flex your left pectoral. If you’ve ever helped someone lift something you might have noticed that sometimes you use more strength in one arm then the other. If you’re right handed it might feel normal to push yourself up with your right arm more and not really notice it. This could be causing your left pectoral to be building twice as much as your left, due to it flexing along with your bicep. One thing you could probably do, would be to start building up your left side by doing some curls in your left hand, continue to do the push ups, just try to level out the body weight in your arms. You could also just keep doing the push ups as you were, but focus on putting the weight into your left arm. Like everyone else said though, you might want to consult a trainer and see what he thinks. Good luck.
