forged means that the club is been beaten up from one metal and is compressed so it gives a soft feel. as opposed to a cast iron, they are 2 piece or 3 piece of metal been molded together. these are normally made with more cavity back irons like callaway x22, mizuno mx19 etc
Blades means that they are muscle back, the shape is very thin like a knife, which gives more workability on your shots, if you know how to manuvor your shots.
normally a low handicap player will use this set of iron
